Remove bulkhead 3 and cut L's (640-F-40-12) as per drawing to lay out the baggage compartment cut-out. The bottom L will be riveted to the same rivet line as the horizontal stiffener. The drawings show the L on TOP of the stiffener, however I am putting mine under the stiffener so that I don't have a gap between the bulkhead and the L.
