Before riveting the side skins install the tail skin. Not much to say on this step, just drill a hole in the front of the skid for the bolt that is attached to the HT assembly. Then use two AN3 bolts to attach the rear of the skid with the rubber hose between the skid and the lower rudder hinge. Yes, you will have to drill out two of the AD5 rivets that the IPLs had you install before.
