CH-640 Fuselage Hull - Stage One - Part Two (116 of 198)

One thing I HATE about the CH-640 is how the control cables run through nylon tabs. I made this change in my CH-300 and it worked so well that I am building my CH-640 with the same modifications. First let's deal with the rudder control cables. I took two Ls and made a bracket to hold two pulleys. This bracket will be bolted to the fuselage just forward of the rear access door. The location of the pulleys should be just enough to make the cables not rub on the rear side skin Z at the location where the cables exit the fuselage. Be sure to drill holes for a safety pin so the cables can not jump out of the pulleys. I know, this picture shows that I drilled the safety pin hole on the wrong side of the right pulley. I will correct this when I install it.
