Drill and cleco the stiffener to the floor skin. NOTE: this image also shows two rows of three holes each at the front (bottom of the picture). These holes are for the forward floor channel. Normally you woud not drill these holes at this time but the skin sent to me with the kit was pre-punched at the factory so I had drilled these holes the first time I tried to put this sub-assembly together. The reason I have started this assembly over is because the skin sent from Zenair was not drilled correctly for the longerons. I could have used it I guess, but then my longerons would have been 5mm off and this really bothered me so I cut a new floor skin.
