Actually the longerons DO in fact fit correctly. When you put the rudder hinges in place you will then be able to drill and cleco the longerons in the proper location. You simply need to line them up with the edge of the rear bottom skin, drill and cleco them in place and then pull the forward part of the longeron in to position and continue to drill and cleco as you go. The process was actually much easier than I expected it to be.
